Messaging for operators who send without code

senderZ Workspace is the same messaging infrastructure engineering teams use through our API, wrapped in a UI that speaks in plain English. No webhooks, no tokens, no jargon — just contacts, campaigns, and conversations.

Who it's for

For the people who text customers every day.

Realtors, clinics, and small business owners use Workspace to send the messages they would otherwise type one at a time from their phone.

Realtors

Follow up with leads, notify open-house RSVPs, and keep past clients warm — all without a CRM developer.

Clinics

Send appointment reminders, confirm check-ins, and collect feedback in a channel patients actually read.

Small business owners

Loyalty offers, order updates, and service reminders — nothing to install, no API to learn.

What you get

Everything an operator needs. Nothing they don't.

Live capabilities ship today. Planned items carry quarter-precision ETAs so you know exactly what is real.

Contacts, groups, opt-in management

Import from CSV, tag by segment, and store consent alongside each record. Every contact row has an opt-out toggle you can see and audit.

Templates with variables

Write once, personalize with {{name}} and custom fields. Preview the exact message before you send it.

Campaigns (bulk send)

Send to a contact list or a saved group. Scheduling, quiet-hours enforcement, and opt-out filtering happen automatically.

Inbox and two-way replies

Every reply lands in a shared inbox. Mark resolved, assign to a teammate, or route to a webhook.

AI reply suggestions

Growth and Scale plans get AI-generated reply suggestions that match your business tone. Click, edit, send.

Analytics and delivery reports

See deliveries, replies, opt-outs, and response rates per campaign and per contact.

STOP and quiet hours auto-enforced

If a contact replies STOP, senderZ unsubscribes them instantly and blocks future sends. Marketing messages pause during quiet hours in the recipient's local time.

Zero technical jargon

The portal never says "API", "webhook", or "endpoint". Errors always include the next action you can take. This is Simple Mode — the workspace is designed for non-developers.

Confetti on first send

A small touch from Simple Mode: the first successful send gets confetti. Celebrate the milestone, lower the intimidation of a new tool.

HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel, Close

One-click OAuth connects your CRM. Sync contacts and log replies back to the right lead or deal.

Segmentation by tags

Planned — Q3 2026

Slice contacts by custom tags ("cold-lead", "vip", "birthday-month") and target campaigns to a segment without writing filters.

A/B testing on templates

Planned — Q4 2026

Run two variants against a split of your list, pick the winner. Statistical significance surfaced in the report.

Scheduled sends

Planned — Q2 2027

Queue a message for a future date and time. Today schedule through campaigns; per-message scheduling is planned.

How you use it

Three steps from signup to first campaign.

No setup project, no integration sprint. Add contacts, write the message, send.

Step 01

Add contacts

Upload a CSV, import from your CRM, or add a single contact. Phone numbers are validated and deduplicated as you import.

Step 02

Create a campaign

Write your message or pick a saved template, preview the rendered version for a sample contact, and set a send time (or "now").

Step 03

Send

Workspace checks opt-outs and quiet hours, fans the send across your assigned phone(s), and shows live delivery stats as messages ship.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a developer to use Workspace?

No. Workspace is the no-code product — everything happens through a UI designed for non-technical users. The developer-oriented product is API Cloud, which you can buy separately.

Does Workspace support iMessage?

Yes. When your recipient is iMessage-capable, messages go out as blue bubbles. RCS and SMS fallback happen automatically.

Can I import contacts from a CSV?

Yes. Upload a CSV with name, phone, and any custom fields. We validate phone format and flag duplicates before importing.

How does opt-out work?

If a contact replies STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL, senderZ unsubscribes them immediately and blocks any future send to that number for your tenant. You see the opt-out status on the contact's row in your inbox.

How many team seats do I get?

Starter includes solo access. Growth includes 3 team seats. Scale includes 10. Additional seats on enterprise contracts.

Which CRMs do you support?

HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel, and Close today. OAuth-based, no middleware. Zapier covers most others. Request a specific integration through the Integrations page.

Can I use my own phone number?

Yes on Growth and Scale — you get one or more dedicated numbers. On Starter you share a pool. Number porting is available through Migration Concierge.
